We hope to bring encouragement for Christians in their life-journeys.

Richard has been involved in Christian ministry for the past 25 years.  While serving in ministry, he has worked in education (K-8 and Higher Ed) for almost 20 years.  Walking the life of Christian faith in both church and secular contexts provides the context of much of what he shares here at Encourage On: faith at work, leadership principles, application of the Bible to life, or life as worship to God.

Brenda has focused her energies on the ministry of the home.  She is involved in paper crafting, crocheting, quilting, and cooking.  She has a heart for encouraging Christian women in their walk with Christ (thus the inspiration for Encourage On).

Together, Richard and Brenda have desired to provide caring encouragement for all of the dailies of life - eternal encouragement founded upon the Word of God.  They have been married over 25 years and have 5 kids.  They enjoy coffee dates, their noisy home, board games, and old musicals.
